Elmec has produced a variety of water treatment plants for many of our clients. Shown left is a polymer treatment skid to clean wastewater in an asphalt plant facility. Dosing both a Flocculant and Coagulant, it is an automatic make down system.

Carbon filter plant installed in a fully insulated reefer shipping container for treatment in a mine in the Yukon Territory. Many of the remote mining sites have limited access to power and have extreme environmental conditions. Each of Elmec’s designs is tailor made to work in the client’s site conditions.

This Polymer container was for a coal mine in northern BC. The design included a well pump and a water reservoir with a booster pump to carry the diluted Flocculant to the wastewater stream. The dosing rate was controlled through an Argonaut flow meter in the Stream.

All the cam lock connections were stainless steel and capped. The container was designed to be plug and play so that the generator and all lines could be disconnected for transport back to warehouse for winter storage.

Wall mounted Neat Polymer treatment plant for Coal Terminal to remove suspended solids before discharging effluent.

Containerized Biocide dosing skid for Primary Pond at a Pulp Mill. Tank and containment were included inside the container to minimize site preparation.

System setup was done in less than a day, making trials and demonstrations easy with minimal disruption to the mill client.
