Elmec had so many clients requiring custom enclosures, consoles and specialized equipment in stainless steel, that we decided to open our own sheet metal fabrication shop to maintain quality control and timely delivery of the components.

From standard electrical panels to custom tanks, chutes, hoppers and laboratory equipment, we pride ourselves in providing the customer with first class products at a reasonable cost.

Shown left is one of many Custom Stainless Steel electrical enclosures fabricated each year for Moeller Electric and other clients. The cabinets are all custom punched for instruments, switches, cooling fans, filters and cable access.

This Stainless steel cabinet was custom designed and fabricated to meet the specifications of the system including the space limitations imposed by the client. This is one of many different fiber optic analyzer cabinets designed and manufactured for Kvaerner Chemetics. One of these cabinets housed an entire piping system made out if titanium components.

Shown below are two stainless steel laboratory components fabricated for a mining company to detect Diamonds in kimberlite samples taken from the North West Territories.
