This electro- pneumatic sample valve actuator system was designed to be controlled by the mill PLC with all monitoring of temperatures and sample cycle routines in the control room.

The above system was designed and installed in a Port Bulk Terminal operating at 480V The system was tied to the terminal’s Allen Bradley PLC/ MMI Site wide data highway. The control cabin was fabricated in FRP materials.
